1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect what you type or upload:

• Name, phone number and email address.
• The address of the property (street, town, village, ZIP).
• Details about the work: type of service, the problem, timing, best time to call and your notes.
• Photos you choose to upload. Photos taken with a phone can contain hidden location data; if you prefer, remove it before uploading.
• How you found us, and your choice about text messages.

We also record the page you were on and the town or village you selected, so we know where requests come from.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers or bank or card numbers on this Site. Please do not send them.

Automatic information: when you visit, our hosting provider (Hostinger) and the font service we use (Google Fonts) receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type, as any website does. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this Site.

3. How we use it

• To prepare your estimate, contact you by phone, text or email about your request, and schedule a visit.
• To keep records of estimates and jobs.
• To understand which towns and villages our requests come from.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

4. Text messages

If you check the text message box, Hyannis Painting may text you about your estimate and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service. Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:

• Our hosting provider (Hostinger), which runs the Site and its forms.
• Our email provider (Microsoft Outlook), where your request arrives.
• Our estimate and scheduling software (Housecall Pro), when your request becomes an estimate or a job.
• Our own crews or subcontractors, who receive the property address and job details needed to do the work.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep requests and customer records for as long as we need them to answer your request, do the work and keep the business and tax records the law requires. You can ask us to delete your request at any time (see section 8).

7. How we protect it

We limit access to the people who need the information, use password protected accounts, and the Site uses HTTPS. No system is 100% secure; if a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by Massachusetts law.

8. Your choices

• To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email hyannishp@hotmail.com or call (508) 280-1573. We may need to confirm who you are.
• To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop calls or emails, tell us and we will stop.
• Do Not Track: the Site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

9. Children

The Site is for homeowners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
